The Rick Pankow Foundation will be presenting the 15th annual “Trees of Hope” event this Holiday Season. The Foundation delivers decorated mini-holiday trees to patients spending the holidays at Evergreen Hospital and Evergreen Hospice in Kirkland. Each tree is decorated and includes a tag indicating it was created with love and sponsored by supporters of the Rick Pankow Foundation. Patients will then be allowed to take the trees home with them when they leave the hospital so they can be planted in their yards. The following is the different levels of sponsorships:

Oak Sponsor - $50

• Sponsor 1 (one) Decorated Tree

Cedar Sponsor - $100

• Sponsor 2 (two) Trees

• Acknowledgement on Rick Pankow Foundation web site

Maple Sponsor - $250

• Sponsor 5 (five) Trees

• Acknowledgement on Rick Pankow Foundation web site

Golden Spruce Sponsor - $500

• Sponsor 10 (ten) Trees

• Acknowledgement on Rick Pankow Foundation web site
